After your request is approved, send the item back in its original packaging with Omniva, and it won't cost you anything.

Once the item is received and checked, you can exchange it for another item or a gift card, or we will refund your money.

All used phones come with a 12-month warranty, and all other electronic items have a 24-month warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover mechanical damage caused by improper use, including moisture damage and modification of the device's software in a way not intended by the manufacturer.
