Frequently asked questions
How is my price calculated?
The price depends on the model, storage size and condition - screen and body scratches, battery health and camera function. The quote in the form is preliminary; the final offer is confirmed after we inspect the device.
What devices do you accept?
iPhone and Samsung Galaxy phones, iPad tablets, plus Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch smartwatches. We also accept devices with defects - a cracked screen or a weak battery.
How to hand in your device?
Choose the option that suits you best:
With an Omniva parcel locker: get a free shipping code and drop the device in your nearest locker.
At an AiOO store: bring your device to any AiOO store. We will carry out an initial check and send it to our centre for full diagnostics and payout approval.
What happens to my data?
Before handing over, turn off Find My and sign out of your accounts. During inspection all data is permanently erased from the device.
When do I get paid?
Our specialists will run diagnostics within 1-2 business days of receiving your device and email you the final offer. Once you confirm it, we pay out the same business day (within working hours).
What is the Trade-in bonus?
If you choose a discount on a new AIOO purchase instead of cash, we add a +€50 bonus on top of the calculated amount.
