1. Introductory interview

2. Meeting in the store
During this time, you will gain a broader insight into how we operate on a daily basis, how real work goes on in the AIOO store, and what the company culture is like.
3. Training
Within 3-5 days, you will become a full-fledged member of the AIOO team among powerful colleagues.
4. Independence
With the knowledge you have gained and support from the team, you will begin to work independently, adhering to our company's standards and creating your own path to success.
About Training
In the office, under the guidance of our training specialist, you will acquire all the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to be able to work independently. Starting with mastering the cash register system, gluing glasses, and ending with the most important information about our products.
In the store, under the guidance of an experienced colleague, you will consolidate the acquired knowledge, get to know the store and the work organization in it.
