4 Steps to Join the aioo Team

1. Introductory Interview

We'll schedule an online meeting to get to know each other better. We'll tell you about the company and the job, and you can tell us why you love selling. Remember, there are no "right answers" in an interview; just be yourself! That's how we'll best understand if we'll be a good team.

2. In-Store Meeting

Before making a final decision, we want you to see the job in action. You'll spend a couple of hours in the store with one of our experienced colleagues, get familiar with the daily work, and feel what it's like to work at AIOO.

3. Training

After the introductory day, your practical training will begin. For three days in the store, you'll learn work processes step by step with the Regional Manager, enhance your sales skills, and gain the confidence to start working independently.

4. Independent Work

After training, you'll independently handle customer service and sales. If you need help or support, your manager will always be just a phone call away. In addition, regular additional training will help you develop your skills and earn more.
