The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide information to the natural person (data subject) about the purpose, scope, and protection of personal data processing carried out by "AIOO Latvia" AS, Reg. No. 50203294911, legal address: Ūdens iela 12-104, Rīga, LV-1007, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as “AiOO” and/or “we”), when processing the data subject's personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data Subject” or “You”). AiOO respects the Customer's rights to the legality of personal data processing in accordance with applicable legal acts – the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Natural Persons, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the Regulation), and other applicable legal acts in the field of privacy and data processing.

By submitting your data, you agree that the data will be processed and stored for the entire duration of data processing indicated herein, as well as for as long as necessary in cases specified by regulatory enactments after the initial data processing.

1.1. Personal data processing is based on Articles 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation:

a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;

b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

1.2. AiOO stores and processes data as long as one of the following conditions applies:

· Personal data are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;

· As long as AiOO and/or the Data Subject can exercise their legitimate interests in accordance with external legal acts, for example, by submitting objections or filing or pursuing a claim in court;

· As long as there is a legal obligation to store data, for example, in accordance with the Accounting Law;

· As long as the Data Subject's consent to the relevant personal data processing is valid, if there is no other legal basis for personal data processing.

· When any of these conditions become irrelevant, the data retention period also ends and the data is permanently deleted. We have the right to transfer your data to data processors, partners who carry out the necessary data processing for our needs. These include courier services, accountants, etc. If required by law, we may transfer your data to law enforcement and state authorities.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

2.2 Personal data processing for “AIOO” security purposes

We conduct continuous video surveillance with recording in the premises of the “AIOO” store. Within the scope of our organized video surveillance, all persons within the visibility area of the “AIOO” store cameras are monitored, including children (persons under 18 years of age).

When conducting video surveillance, the following personal data of yours is obtained:

Your image;

date and time of the video recording;

Your location.

Video surveillance is conducted in the “AIOO” store premises for the following purposes:

to prevent and detect offenses, based on “AIOO's” legitimate interests to protect its property and your vital interests, including health and life, as well as to obtain evidence for insurance purposes;

We process and store video surveillance material for no longer than 25 (twenty-five) to 30 (thirty) days, taking into account the location of the specific camera. If the video surveillance material is required for further investigation or proof of an offense, it may be stored for the entire duration of the investigation and, where applicable, stored in the archive together with the investigation case materials for no longer than 10 (ten) years.

Access to video surveillance materials is strictly limited and is provided only to persons who require it for the protection of legitimate interests. We ensure that only “AIOO” administration staff and security service provider staff have access to video surveillance materials. Your personal data may be transferred to data processors of the following categories:

physical security service providers;

security and safety system maintenance service providers;

insurance service providers;

state institutions (e.g., investigative bodies, operational activity entities, state security institutions, prosecutor's office, courts, and other law enforcement institutions, the State Revenue Service and its structural units).

You can access video surveillance materials upon request, by specifying the specific time you were on “AIOO” territory and the specific location where you were.

Upon request, after evaluating its justification, or in accordance with the requirements of legal acts, video surveillance materials may be transferred to state or municipal institutions.
